Representing the new generation of industrial electro this Australian duo releases it's third album. A digipack with stunning artwork and cool pictures of the band members "destroyx" and "ZooG". Without actually knowing I would guess these guys are in the forefront of taking the industrial fashion forward (check out myspace pages for Angelspit or destroyx' personal and you'll know what I mean). KMFDM chose Angelspit as supportband on their 25 anniversary tour in the US last fall and it's not hard to understand why. The influences on this album is not particularly hard to discover and very often I believe it gets close to a ripoff of KMFDM's well familiar sound. Musicwise some, way of singing even more. Especially if you compare with Lucia Scifarelli on vocals. "Hideous and Perfect" although has it's bright moments. "Fuck the revolution", "Ditch the Rest" and especially "Fink" are really good songs despite the above. For the younger crowd who haven't been fed with KMFDM since the beginning of the 90's I guess you don't have to worry. You'll probably think the whole album is quite good.
